You're here because you feel
that there is so much more out there.
Yes, you may have already "made it."
You've accomplished a lot. You're doing great.
BUT:
👉 You still feel kind of empty.
👉 You're always there for everyone else.
👉 You work way too much.
👉 Yet you still feel like you're never getting anywhere.
👉 You've kind of lost your way.
👉 And you have so much untapped potential.
You’re not alone in this. But most people stop here. Not because they lack the will or the potential—but because they lack the right environment and clear, decisive guidance.
And that's exactly where this journey begins.
Not as a break.
Not as a special vacation.
👉 But rather as a turning point.
👉 As a step toward your next level.
Together with a select group of like-minded people, you’ll redefine your limits.
But please note: you cannot book directly—participation is only possible after a personal interview with Sonja Piontek.

You'll immerse yourself in an environment designed to
to take you to the next level.
The vastness of the spectacular landscape.
The powerful clarity of the nomads.
Sonja Piontek’s transformative coaching.
And a group that supports you from the very beginning.
You'll return as a woman who has made clear decisions for herself and her life.
During this trip, something happens—
—that simply isn't possible in your everyday life:
👉 You’ll gain clarity on what you really want—and what you’re no longer willing to accept.
👉 You make decisions—
—that you should have made a long time ago.
👉 You’ll realize what’s really holding you back –
– and stop putting up with it.
👉 You’ll develop a new inner standard—
—for your life, your business, and your relationships.
👉 And you’ll leave with specific next steps—
—that you’ll actually put into practice.
And the key point is:
👉 You don't have to go through this process alone.
But in an environment that sees you, challenges you, and doesn’t let you fall back into old patterns.
👉 And that’s what turns insight into real change.

"Powerhouse of inspiration" BUNTE
Sonja Piontek transforms. She not only inspires - she motivates people to take action. With radically clear thought-provoking ideas, uncompromising implementation power, and infectious energy, she breaks down barriers and sparks the courage to achieve great things.
Coming from a modest background, she has achieved everything on her own. Losses and challenges have tested her, shaped her, and made her strong.

The Kitzbühel resident by choice has lived in six countries and was Marketing Director for BMW Asia until 2017.
Today, as a high-impact coach, she guides executives, international entrepreneurs, and top-level athletes to maximum success.
She is clear, demanding, and uncompromising in her mission:
Transformation that lasts.
Success that sets standards.

Maybe you've already tried a lot of things.
Coaching sessions. Workshops. Retreats.
And yes—maybe some of them were even good.
But unfortunately, it usually stops at insights.
This journey deliberately takes things a step further.
THE MAIN DIFFERENCES
You’re not in a seminar room, in Mallorca, or in some generic location.
👉 You’re in one of the most pristine landscapes in the world —far away from anything that might distract you.
You're not just a spectator.
👉 You're right in the thick of the nomads' lives —honest, direct, and unfiltered.
You're not in your usual comfort zone.
👉 Instead, you're in a setting where the spectacular vastness makes clarity almost inevitable.
You're not working with just any coach.
👉 Instead, with Sonja Piontek—an internationally acclaimed entrepreneur,
known for guiding people far beyond the limits of their imagination.
You won’t be going through this process alone.
👉 Instead, you’ll be joined by a small group of carefully selected women who are ready to walk this path together.
And it is precisely this combination that is unique in the world.
BUT
I don't work with just anyone.
👉 But only with people who are willing to,
to actually take the next step.
On this journey, we leave behind far more than just traces of our lives—we are handing over a home to our new nomadic friends, with whom we were able to share such an intense experience.
Together with the participants, we’re building a yurt as a gift to thank them for their hospitality. This Gher tent is a home that provides shelter and warmth and will last up to 30 years.
It's a give-and-take relationship between equals.
And our way of saying thank you. Our gesture of respect. Gratitude. Solidarity.

End of the journey – but not of the road

On this extraordinary journey, we will stay overnight in the most beautiful gher camps in the region.
A gher tent is the traditional home of Mongolian nomads—a large round tent in which several generations often live under one roof.
The camps we have selected have been specially built for guests: we sleep in spacious double rooms with comfortable beds and, of course, have access to electricity.
The shared bathroom facilities are very clean and equipped with private shower cubicles. Single rooms and/or private bathrooms (en suite) can be booked on request.
Staying overnight in these gher camps allows us to immerse ourselves deeply in the traditional way of life of the nomads—authentic, special, and with a pleasant level of comfort.

...you want to not only see Mongolia, but really experience it.
...you are ready for a deeply inspiring journey that uniquely combines the powerful vastness of the steppe, the traditional life of nomads, and transformative coaching.
...you want conversations on equal terms—about your life, your possibilities, and what you are truly capable of.
...you are seeking inspiration and transformation—not on the surface, but deep within yourself.
...you are open to immersing yourself in the original culture of the nomads.
...you want to discover new perspectives with the eagle hunters and spread your wings.
...you want to experience unforgettable moments with like-minded people that will stay with you forever.

...you prefer to book all-inclusive packages and entertainment rather than experiencing genuine depth.
...coaching is esoteric stuff to you and you don't feel the urge to develop yourself further.
...you prefer to leave your life as it is—even though you feel that more is possible.
...you close yourself off to other cultures and ways of thinking.
...you shy away from change and your comfort zone is your greatest asset.
...you feel more comfortable in solitude than in conversation with inspiring women on equal footing.
... you don't feel like being honest with yourself—with everything that goes with it.
